I work with organizations that serve children, parents, and families and want to do so responsibly, ethically, and effectively.

My advisory services are best suited for:

  • Healthcare systems and professional organizations
  • Family- and child-focused food brands

If your work touches children’s nutrition, feeding, growth, weight, or wellness, my role is to help you navigate complexity with clarity.

What I Do as a Childhood Nutrition Advisor

At this stage of my career, I do not work on an hourly or task-based basis.

Instead, I serve as a strategic advisor—providing guidance, perspective, and clinical judgment to help organizations make sound decisions that stand up to both science and real family life.

As an advisor, I support clients with:

  • Nutrition and feeding strategy
  • Parent-facing messaging and education
  • Product and program development
  • Claims review and risk awareness
  • Ethical considerations related to child health and weight
  • Alignment between evidence, messaging, and real-world impact

I advise. Your team executes.

How Advisory Retainers Work

Advisory relationships are structured as monthly or quarterly retainers, designed to provide consistent access to my expertise while protecting both scope and time.

Typical Retainer Includes:

  • One monthly strategy call (60–90 minutes)
  • Asynchronous review of materials (up to an agreed limit)
  • Strategic guidance and feedback via email or shared documents
  • Thought partnership on high-stakes decisions

What’s Not Included:

  • Copywriting or content creation
  • Project management
  • Day-to-day execution
  • On-call or unlimited access

This structure allows for focused, high-impact work without scope creep or burnout.

From Speaking to Advisory Engagements

Many organizations first engage me through a keynote, training, or internal presentation related to my whole-child nutrition framework. Advisory relationships often follow, allowing teams to apply whole-child principles more deeply across their work.
