Hi! I’m Jill Castle, a registered dietitian/nutritionist and a childhood nutrition expert. I help parents nourish healthy kids with nutritious foods and recipes, positive feeding strategies, and healthy habits that will last for a lifetime. I also help other professionals learn about childhood nutrition so they can help more parents like you.
As a childhood nutrition expert, I’ve worked with babies, toddlers, children and teens in a variety of settings from private practice and consulting to author and writer, for over 25 years. I’m a mom, too, and have raised four wonderful kids.
I’ve written several books and e-guides, and am a sought-after speaker and childhood nutrition consultant and work with parents individually.
I try to take the current research in pediatric nutrition and shape it into practical, sane advice for parents and other healthcare providers.
