You know I’m not all about food as the answer to healthy eating for kids, but I am about making it easier for you, and for your child to eat healthier, no matter how you define that. Upgrading your child’s food helps you get your nutritious food system in place.
With a functional and nutritious food system supporting your child’s health, you’ve automatically made it easier on you, and your child, to learn about nutritious food, and eat it, without issue.
I cover the following food upgrades for kids:
