Busy weeknights call for fast and healthy sheet pan dinners!

Sheet Pan Dinners for Busy Weeknights

Last year it was all about the one pot meal. This year, sheet pan dinners have taken the family kitchen by storm.

It’s no wonder.

Who can refuse the ease and simplicity of making dinner on one pan?

I’ve been sucked into the vortex of ease, simplicity and health, as well.

There’s nothing easier than tossing food onto a greased sheet pan and popping it into the oven to roast. Pull it out and you’ve got dinner made without a whole lot of mess.

Sheet pan dinners make weeknights less stressful, more organized, less messy, and inspired. There’s no shortage of combinations to try!

One of my favorites around here is the combination of bone-in chicken breasts with diced potatoes and onions, seasoned with rosemary, Kosher salt and pepper. I roast this combo at 350 F for 40 minutes. To round out the meal–I add a bowl of fruit and a green salad.

I’ve gathered 8 more sheet pan dinners from dietitians around the country. From fish to fajitas, I bet you’ll find a recipe here that will suit your family.
